Admins can use the Messaging space on The Vendry to dynamically see all contents of an RFP, Proposal, and messages with a business, and from this space easily view all Proposals side-by-side. Or RFP Admins can message directly through email inboxes, where Admins will receive updates whenever a potential supplier or fellow planner sends a message.
Admins can additionally coordinate through Comments and Proposal updates. Comments will not be viewable by the business, so teams can use this space to be candid. Any updates to a Proposal status–whether Passed or Booked–will notify all Admins, so everyone can know the search’s status.
