For event professionals tasked with delivering experiences that are both creative and operationally sound, the value of a truly integrated partner can’t be overstated. ASV Experiential brings that integration to life—combining planning, production, and fabrication to support complex live experiences from start to finish.
Based in Torrance, CA, ASV is an award-winning, Black-owned experiential marketing company with more than three decades of experience delivering immersive B2B and B2C environments. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the team works with national brands and advertising agencies to produce trade shows, conferences, and consumer events across a wide range of industries.
One of ASV’s defining strengths is its 85,000-square-foot facility, which houses everything needed to bring experiential concepts into the physical world. Their in-house capabilities include a full wood shop, metal shop, paint shop, grand-format print department, rental inventory, and client storage.
For planners, this level of integration offers clear advantages. Design, engineering, fabrication, printing, logistics, installation, and storage are managed internally, allowing for tighter coordination across teams and fewer external handoffs. The result is a streamlined process that supports efficiency and consistency from early planning through on-site execution.
ASV approaches concept development with intention. Rather than starting with surface-level ideas, their team immerses itself in each client’s challenge, brand, and target audience. By examining every detail and data point, their designers work to create concepts that balance emotional engagement with functional design.
This process allows ASV to deliver experiences that not only capture attention, but also work within the practical realities of live events—such as venue requirements, audience flow, and installation logistics. For planners, that means concepts that are exciting without being unrealistic, and creative without losing sight of execution.
Fabrication is a core part of ASV’s offering. Their team regularly transforms designs into physical environments using metal, wood, paint, and graphics—moving seamlessly from plans to production.
Because fabrication is handled in-house, ASV maintains visibility and control throughout the build process. This allows for precision, consistency, and the ability to adapt as projects evolve. For planners managing complex builds, this experience-driven approach helps ensure what arrives onsite matches what was envisioned during planning.
While ASV supports large-scale programs, their account services model is intentionally boutique in style. Each client is supported by a team that stays involved from initial brainstorming through live engagement.
This continuity allows ASV to advocate for each program, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and tailor their approach to each brand’s personality. For event professionals, having a consistent point of contact throughout the lifecycle of an event can make coordination smoother and decision-making more efficient.
Activation is where planning and production come together. ASV manages logistics and on-site execution to deliver turn-key installations and live experiences. Their approach is designed to support smooth installations and hitch-free activations, allowing the experience to unfold as intended.
For planners, this level of support means fewer distractions during critical moments and greater confidence during live events—especially when managing tight schedules or complex environments.
ASV’s work doesn’t stop when an activation ends. Their metrics-focused approach looks at how audiences interact with the experience and how those interactions influence brand perception and behavior.
By examining where audiences engage and what actions follow, ASV helps clients understand the true impact of their experiential programs. This insight supports ongoing refinement and improvement, ensuring each experience builds on what came before.
ASV brings experience across a wide range of industries, including automotive, food and beverage, beer, wine and spirits, financial services, telecom, hospitality, tech, movies and television, beauty, insurance, health and fitness, healthcare, media, education, fashion, pharmaceuticals, gaming, and kids-focused brands.
This breadth allows the team to adapt their approach while maintaining a consistent standard of execution, regardless of industry or audience.
Event professionals value partners who understand both the creative and operational sides of live experiences—and that balance is where ASV excels.
Planners appreciate ASV’s integrated, in-house approach, which brings design, engineering, fabrication, printing, logistics, installation, and storage together under one roof. This structure supports smoother coordination, fewer handoffs, and a more streamlined planning process from start to finish.
ASV’s boutique-style account services are another reason planners return. With consistent support from early concept development through live activation, planners benefit from clear communication, continuity, and a team that stays closely aligned with each program’s goals.
Their experience across a wide range of industries also gives planners confidence when navigating complex requirements, brand standards, and audience expectations. Combined with ASV’s focus on seamless execution and post-event evaluation, the result is a partnership that supports both creative ambition and real-world delivery.

Chase at Sundance Film Festival
For Chase Sapphire, ASV built a 45’ x 25’ trapezoidal VIP lounge perched on the side deck of The Depot in Park City. Wrapped in sapphire-hued, prismatic plexi and anchored by 16 concrete pillars, the structure made a bold first impression.
Inside: fire-lit lounges, complimentary bites, and nightly cast parties. Outside: a 75-foot fractal wall designed to draw foot traffic and spark curiosity.
✨ The result? A one-of-a-kind build that turned a Park City restaurant into the social and storytelling heart of Sundance.
