Custom branding was woven throughout the space, from tabletop designs and column wraps to branded host stands that reinforced the theme and company identity.
Guests entered through a fully built-out winter wonderland tunnel, immediately setting the tone for the evening. Inside, multiple activations brought the event to life — including a live-action ham-cutting station, a violinist performing on stilts, and a pizza food truck stationed outside for late-night bites.
